Retrieve lots of free space by cleaning up files as well as huge temporary directories (downloads and so on). CleverCleaner can locate and delete files, like *.tmp *, *~.* or *.chk. There are options to run, add or delete file endings. That would be useful if you don't want to delete all the *.bak-files, for example.
