NetPerSec, an utility lets you check your connection speed in real time. This tool monitors all TCP/IP activity to and from the Internet or other networks, and graphs the communication speed.  NetPerSec runs under Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, and 2000.
